One of the wines that made an appearance at the tasting that my wife and I hosted this weekend was a 2006 Red Diamond Cabernet Sauvignon.  This Washington Cab has 13.5% alcohol, and is 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cab Franc, 7% Merlot, and 3% Syrah.  I wasn't surprised that this wine had a pretty decent amount of non Cabernet Sauvignon [...]
