As a person who just recently started the process of looking for a marketing/social media job in the wine business (feel free to let me know if you are looking for such a person ), I jokingly responded with the following -
@vinotology: Yes, they should all hire nice social media savvy bloggers like me to do it instead.
This response elicited a really great assignment from Chris. He asked me to submit my Twitter resume (140 characters only) to him. I thought about it for quite a while, and I came up with this-
@vinotology: Community builder, active engager, brand builder. Blogger with understanding of Multi-platform social media strategy. Nice guy.
It is extremely difficult to say everything that you want to say about yourself in 140 characters, but I think it is a great exercise to think about some key points that you would like to draw attention to.
So, my question to all of you is, "What does your Twitter resume say?" You only have 140 characters to convey your personal brand, so what would that look like?
