So, this may come as a huge surprise to all of you, but I sometimes have a tendency to run a little behind schedule. I have a stack of post ideas and video footage that I have been needing to work my way through, and I finally got around to one that I was really excited about. Unfortunately, this footage goes all the way back to May 1st, which was National Homebrew Day.
I met up with Lubbock's local homebrew club, and talked with Cary Franklin from Sograte BBQ and Brew about what the club is doing, and what they were brewing up. Apologies for the fluctuating lighting in the video.
Check out the Ale-ian Society website for info on all things homebrewing here in West Texas. Also, check out Sograte's site.

Do you homebrew?? More to chat about next week, then!
Awesome, I can totally relate to being behind on posts
I have some which unfortunately were time sensitive and will never be written, but beer is timeless and always worth posting about, well done!
Joe, I’m actually just trying to get started with it. I have several friends that do it, and I do love me some craft beer. I’ll probably have a ton of homebrew questions for you next week.
I hear you. I actually have some posts that are in the hopper and semi-time sensitive. I need to hurry up and get them out before they get too stale.
I’ll bring some of my latest batch with me.
